Very disappointed in this Jerry bobs. They fired two of the best waitress. Kelly was friendly and provided excellent service to those who ate there. Jamie was the other one. These two were the glue that kept the restaurant going. I am encouraging my friends to boycott this Jerry bobs until these two are back again.

Service was so slow that we ended up having to get up and leave. Was told soda was out and would tell the manager who was not there,the next day? Tried to explain that the soda wasn't out,the lines were filthy. At least that's what my 30 yrs in the business told me.25 min later my plate still on the pass but still waiting. No thanks.

Got there a little after they opened so no wait. Sat at the bar and got a create your own breakfast of eggs, ham, hashbrowns, bacon and toast. While my experience may differ as i was in right as they opened, my food came out fantastic with generous portions. Would eat there again.

We used to love this restaurant, however, their service has deteriorated over time. We ordered recently a to-go order and was informed it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, despite arriving within that time, we had to wait 40 minutes until we received our food because they got confused and had to package it up in to-go containers. To top it all off, one of the meals was incomplete as it was missing the toast. Overall disappointed, do not recommend nor will return.

We used to go there 2-3 times a week when we lived in the neighborhood. Was excellent then. Haven't been in about a year, went today and was really disappointed. Not like it used to be. Service is not as good, food is about the same but prices have doubled. Will probably go to I hope next time. Feel sad about that.
